Returns & Exchanges

We provide free exchanges on harnesses and dog clothing.

On larger items, such as carriers and strollers, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If you need to a different size for your little dog, email returns@dinkydogclub.com and include your name, order number and the size you would like to exchange for. It’s that easy.

Items in brand new condition with original tags can be returned for a full refund with 30 days of purchase.

Items that have a manufacturer defect must be returned within 30-days.

Items returned after 30 days will receive a store credit.

The following items are non-returnable:

Shipping

Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours. If a product is out of stock, it may take a little longer, but we'll send you a note if that's the case.  

Larger items such as strollers, ramps and car seats typically ship within 3-5 business days of ordering.

Petote carriers are made to order and typically ship within 7-10 days after your order.

Hello Doggie beds are made to order and typically ship within 5 days of your order.

This happens a lot. Packages are marked as delivered, but they're not in the mailbox.

Why? Sometimes packages are accidentally scanned as delivered before they are actually delivered. Sometimes packages go to the wrong address.

99.9% of the time the package shows up within a few days.

Our policy is to wait 5 business days for the package to show up before taking any action.

Also, double check your shipping address. DinkyDogClub is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

Once we drop packages off at the post office or FedEx, there's nothing more we can do to speed up delivery. 

We have the same tracking information we share with you.  There's nobody we can call at the post office to check on a package. 

If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you don't see it, give it a few days to show up. Packages can accidentally get scanned as delivered or go to the wrong address. They almost always show up.

Tracking information is typically updated once per day, usually after midnight, so don't drive yourself bonkers checking it every hour.

If you would like to see your pup on our Facebook page, message us your photo with your pup's name and breed. We do receive a lot of photos and can't publish everyone, but we do our best to share the love.
