Return Policy
DinkyDogClub wants all of our little furry customers to be happy customers. So if you receive a product that's defective or damaged, you have 30-days to return the unused product for a refund. Email returns@dinkydogclub.com for questions regarding a refund.
Returns:
Most products in new condition with all tags in place can be returned for a refund within 60 days of purchasing. Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Items with any marks, stains or returns with cigarette smoke will not be accepted.
The follow items are non-returnable:
- Dog treats
- Dog toys
- Dog beds
- Dog diapers and belly bands
- Merchandise that is chewed, stained, soiled or smells of cigarette smoke
Customer is responsible for return shipping on larger items, including:
- Carriers / Backpacks
- Booster seats
- Strollers
- Pet ramps / Pet stairs
Royal Ramps returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start your return, email returns@dinkydogclub.com with your name, order number and items you wish to return.
Exchanges:
Because inventory is always changing and price can vary by size, we ask that you:
1. Place a new order for the size you need
2. Email returns@dinkydogclub.com to receive a prepaid return label for the item you're sending back.
This ensures minimal waiting time for the new size as well.
