Both dogs and people need regular exercise to get and stay in good shape. So why not work out with your dog? You can go running with your small dog. You can play a variation of fetch with your dog, where you try to get the ball before your dog does. You can play chase with your dog and even swim with your dog. Sound like fun? It is. Henrik Nielsen, a CrossFit coach at Fits-Me and proud owner of a Jack Russell Terrier, has put together some great tips and suggestions to help you get started working out with your dog.
