When it comes to small breed dogs and the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, the Wire Fox Terrier is king. In fact, the Wire Fox Terrier has won "Best in Show" 14 times, which is more than any other breed in the show's history.
Number two on the list of top winners is another small breed, the Scottish Terrier, crowned Best in Show a total of eight times.
